One day, when the author was a young B-level manager (C-level in function) but not young in experience, his boss introduced him to a new intern, a fully paid position that he was required to provide.

She was a 19 years old Semi-Georgian girl from common family who has a college degree and studied construction in university, has a boyfriend and own dreams, has a disabled small brother as and aged parents. The family details were obtained at the end of the story and the author realized again that his boss was very kind person and a strong manager.

Of course, the appointment was agreed and she was provided with some functions.

The girl was absolutely newbie as employee but her passion to do her work well was great.

Some weeks later the boss found that the new team member was in bad mood and frightened.

Being proactive pushes him towards a face-to-face discussion, because a manager must understand what a hell is going on within his growing team.

She shared her story almost immediately, after an explanation of reasons for the straightforward conversation.

It was revealed that she was preparing for an exam with a 70+ teacher known for her sexual harassment and her genuine direct interest and actions to gain from her got her into trouble. Boss promised to resolve the issue and explained that there was nothing to be afraid of.

He phoned to the right people and clarified the schedule of a Figure in science and education, and went to visit him for tea, without an invitation it the same day.

The teacher had an unexpected pleasant meeting in a classroom after a lesson and was informed about problem by 3 sentences, very short and to the point.

The boss accepted the invitation, and everyone had a serene tea party, where the background of the strange recruitment was revealed.

The girl got a permanent job place, got a construction engineering degree, married for the boyfriend and got children.
